We were referred to this office from our Peditrician. Our experience with the office, and specifically, Dr. Fred Garner, have been wonderful. Appointments have been kept and do not seem to run late. They also use an automatic system to call you a day in advance, which acts as a helpful reminder for myself, being a mother of a two year old. Also, I find that Dr. Garner truly gives and devotes his time to answering all of our questions. The support staff, nurses and front desk are also very helpful and very informative and attentive as well. In addition, we have used their affiliated surgery center and found it to be just the same. If you are looking or inquiring about an ENT specialist, I would highly reccommend this office based on initial service, follow up and overall feeling of genuine concern for thier patients.
