Bella Vista framed 7 rare prints of mine (Audubon Octavos from 1840's) beautifully. Since moving from South Carolina to Oregon I can't find a framer who was as nice and professional as Bella Vista.
Pros: Quality, Price, Friendly staff
Cons: Location in basement could be improved
