I'm a guy and have been there twice now. I received superior attention each time I came into the salon. My stylist gave me a very nice razor cut each time and they are really really nice people! The only thing I would recommend is a more high end location, but I'm definitely coming back. Highly recommend!!

After searching the area this spa kept coming up. I like to treat myself when I can. I called for an appointment for color, all I needed was to get rid of some grey. They did a great job! When I was checking out they gave me a bag with all kinds of goodies in it plus a gift certificate taking 15% off any next service I received. I was back in this last Saturday getting the microdermabrasion buff the skincare lady was telling me about on my previous visit. My skin looks so much better, and I know I look younger if I don’t say so myself! I bought a package deal and will get this done regularly! I recommend any service in this spa to be done, and done right.

Pros: Customer service, Look 10years younger

Cons: Small shop, but they are building a bigger one

I was in this spa last week. I put some color on my hair at home. (never a good idea)I walked in, and Danielle stayed late to fix my brassy orange mess. Danielle put some of my natural color back in my hair with some hi-lites. She's a life saver! I love my cut and color! Thanks Danielle

Read the reviews and thought this would be a great place. Couldn't get them to answer the phone after calling repeatedly to get an appointment, so I went in person to make an appointment for a cut & color. Was told it would be $95-$120. Got there about 10 minutes before my appointment time. At 25 minutes after my appt time I still hadn't been acknowledged by my stylist, Danielle. After asking how much longer I'd have to wait, I was taken to a chair that was still covered in hair and given a new client card to fill out. I explained what color I wanted my hair and Danielle raced off. She came back and started slapping color on my head without even taking the client card from me. While doing my hair, she pulled my hair frequently, poked me in the eye a couple of times, and the color burned my scalp. After coloring, she asked me how I wanted my hair. I said not much off the length, and she suggested about 1/2 inch off. Without asking any more questions about how I typically style or wear my hair, she proceed to put short layers in it, cutting 4-5 inches off in some places. When she dried it and finally let me see it, it was exactly the color I said I DIDN'T want. She recolored the top, and then tried to wash the color off with a spray bottle and towel. I suggested she just rewash my hair in the sink. She did, and restyled my hair into my face (which I hate). I got neither the color nor the cut I wanted. Follow-up: Was contacted by the salon and after sharing my experience, they offered to re-do my hair. This time they really listened to what I wanted, and gave it to me. I now have the cut and color I wanted. Danielle was very apologetic and even gave me a manicure! They acknowledged their mistake and corrected it, and I appreciate that. I will definitely be back, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Laney did my straightener 10 days ago, for my up coming wedding. I never thought my hair could be this straight and frizz free! I came back this morning for my color, which again was perfect! I'll see these girls again Sat. for my wedding day. They are doing my updo, and make-up. I highly recommend!

Pros: No broken hair

Cons: Wish there was some way the straightening process could have taken less time!

I love Hair Visions Salon and Spa. I had the best experience there, ever. My wedding anniversary was on Saturday, and of course I had to look great. I was a walk in client and they still took great care of me. Danielle waxed and tinted my brows. Marlene gave me the best cut I've had and Laney did my air brush makeup. They made my night. The style and makeup lasted until the next morning! My husband said that I looked gorgeous and that after 13 years, he'd marry me all over again. Thanks, girls! Sonja P.S. I made an appointment here for a bridal party. We got our hair and makeup done. For starters, our price was $40 more each than what we were told on the phone. Second, our hair did not look good. And on top of not looking good, the curls fell out less than 2 hours after it was done. We didn't have time to fix our hair before the wedding. It was very embarrassing. It made me look bad, especially to the bride, because I made the appt and trusted this salon. They were very nice to me on the phone, but we could have done 100 times better on each other's hair. The cosmetologist rushed through doing our hair, and let it be known that it was her day off, and she had to leave at a certain time. Our makeup didn't even look that good. It was a waste of time and money. I wish that if they didn't have the time to do our hair, they would not have made the appointment. This was a very special day, and this put us all off to a bad start.

I walked in to Hair Visions Salon & Spa to see if they could do an up do for my wedding, Laney took me back for a consultation. I was amazed at her concern for my hair, and her knowledge of what she could do to get me back on the right track with my hair before my wedding date. We made an appointment to do some color correction, OH MY GOSH!!!!!! I haven't looked or felt this way about the way I look, and my hair since I was in high school. I look and feel like a model! Everyone in our bridal party has an appointment this Saturday for make-overs. Thanks to all of you at hair visions for taking the time to get it right! I am talking to my boss about purchasing some gift certificates, for a give-a-way at my company. Amy

Visiting Hair Visions is an enjoyable, relaxing experience. The stylists are knowledgable about styling techniques and products. The stylists are all about customer service and comfort. I appreciate their honesty and desire to ensure my hair is healthy, and that my hairstyle is manageable for my lifestyle.
