poor service and lack or product knowledge is all i can say about them. I felt as if I wasnt spending 5000 dollars on a mattress I wasn't worth talking to.
Pros: selection
Cons: poor customer service, under trained staff

We shopped alot of places but found the best prices at Michaelis Matress. Their sales staff is the most knowledgable. They had our mattress set in stock and delivered the same day.
Pros: Value, Inexpensive, Excellent
