Great customer service and a wide selection. I found a first edition Archibald Rutledge book at a great price, which I wasn't expecting since I came in for a James Patterson paperback after driving by on the way to my optometrist. Will come again.
Pros: Selection, friendly service, well-organized, maintains a customer want list
Cons: no magazines or new books
