Dr. Schaefer is one of the best doctors I have ever met, but her staff leaves alot to be desired. It always seems like the staff is too busy to see you or make an appointment, and then when they do take the time to talk to you, it seems like you are holding them up from something. Going through the nurses or front desk people to get an appointment with the doctor is like pulling teeth. I don't understand how such a good doctor has such a terrible staff. If you don't mind being treated rudely, or waiting forever to be seen, or never getting phone calls returned, you have found your doctor, if not, Keep Looking.
Pros: The doctor is very smart and takes time to get to know your problem
Cons: The office staff is just the reverse
